The Music Shop service is available to all customers with a compatible phone and internet access. Full track music downloads cost from £0.80 each, providing 4 versions of each track to download to your phone and to your computer. Please note: T-Mobile Customers that bought music before 23 November 2010 and Orange customers that bought music before 13 December 2011 should be aware that Digital Rights Management technology will still protect that music. This means you’ll only be able to play the music you’ve downloaded on the phone which you downloaded it to. If you don’t have a compatible phone, you can still download music from www.discover-music.co.uk onto your PC. Additional charges may apply when using the Music Shop on your handset whilst roaming outside the UK. The tracks on sale in the Music Shop are protected by copyright and are the valuable intellectual property of Deutsche Telekom and/or its partners. You can download music and accompanying artwork for your personal, non-commercial use only. Other than this, any unauthorized editing, copying, modification, redistribution or other use is not allowed without Deutsche Telekom or its partners having approved it in writing beforehand. If you do any of those things without prior approval from Deutsche Telekom you’ll be responsible for all liability, losses, costs and/or damage which Deutsche Telekom and its partners incur as a result of your unauthorized use, and you can’t claim any losses back from us which result from that use.
